Readwitme sells digital books that are made available after a successful payment. Because digital content can be delivered immediately, refund eligibility may depend on whether access or download has already begun and on any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Problems with an order

If you were charged incorrectly, received the wrong title, cannot access a purchased book, or experience a technical problem that we cannot resolve, contact us with the email address used for your Readwitme account and relevant order details.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
